The AI Associate Certification is a great entry level certification to show your strong interest in the field of AI. Specifically as it relates to CRM and the Salesforce platform.

This is an “associate” exam and is not as challenging as some of the more advanced exams.

Audience:

This exam is intended for professionals that have knowledge of Salesforce’s core AI capabilities and they should have Salesforce experience. The exam will cover the following areas:

• AI basics, differentiating between predictive analytics, machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Salesforce’s trusted AI principles, particularly how these principles relate to the Salesforce product line.
• The role of data quality, data preparation/cleansing, and data governance in training and fine-tuning AI models.
• Ethical and responsible handling of data, including privacy, bias, security, and compliance considerations.
• Ability to engage in meaningful discussions with stakeholders on how AI can be used to improve their business and differing scenarios, including identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements and potential challenges.

Exam Details:

• The exam contains 40 multiple choice questions. A passing score is 65% or 26 correct out of 40. 
• The exam fee is $75 USD. This exam offers a free retake if you do not pass it the first time.
• The exam is administered through webassessor.com and can be taken remotely.  
• There are no prerequisites for taking this exam.
